• Category preferences or interests you select (for Drop Alerts and personalization)

Drop Participation & Eligibility Information

• ZIP code (when required for eligibility, such as for Local Pickup Only Drops)
• Confirmation and acknowledgments you provide (for example: confirming pickup requirements, agreeing to fair participation rules, or confirming an adult will be present for pickup)
• Participation history (such as whether you joined a Drop, received a code, or completed checkout)

We use eligibility information to determine whether you can participate in certain Drops and to operate Drops fairly (for example, preventing abuse and enforcing participation limits).

Order & Fulfillment Information

If you complete checkout through Shopify, we receive order-related information needed to fulfill the order, such as shipping address (for shipped orders) and order status details.

Pickup Coordination Information

For Drops designated as local pickup, we may provide a dedicated pickup phone number for pickup coordination. If you contact us for pickup coordination, we may receive information such as your phone number, the time of your message, and your message content.

Important: The pickup phone number is intended only for pickup coordination. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information by SMS.

Device & Usage Data

• IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and actions taken on our site
• Cookies and similar technologies used for site functionality, analytics, and marketing measurement

Affiliate Interaction Data

When you click certain product links (for example, Amazon), we may track that a referral occurred for commission and reporting purposes. Affiliate partners may also set their own cookies or tracking technologies on their sites.

• Coordinate fulfillment (shipping or pickup) and provide transactional notices
• Maintain fair participation and reduce fraud or abuse (for example, enforcing participation limits)
• Operate, troubleshoot, and improve our website and services
• Comply with legal, accounting, tax, and reporting requirements

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Marketing & Drop Alerts

When you sign up for PeachGifts Drop Alerts, you are giving us permission to email you about:

• New PeachDrops™ group buys (“Drops”)
• Product interest checks (e.g., “Should we run this Drop?”)
• Special offers, early access, or limited-quantity items
