Return & Refund Policy

PeachGifts™ is operated by Lion Information Management LLC (DBA PeachGifts). We want every customer to understand how returns, refunds, and replacements work across purchases made on PeachGifts.com, including PeachDrops™ group buys.

1. Eligibility for Returns (Direct Purchases)

For items purchased directly from PeachGifts.com through Shopify checkout:

  • Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Items must have been purchased directly from PeachGifts.com

Approved discretionary returns that are not due to damage, defect, or our error may incur a 20% restocking fee to cover inspection and handling.

How to Start a Return

Email shipping@peachgifts.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • The reason for the return

Please include “Return Authorization Needed” in the subject line. We’ll reply with next-step instructions and a return authorization number.

If an item is returned used, damaged, or missing parts (for reasons not due to our error), we reserve the right to refuse the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error.

2. Refunds (If Approved)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. If approved, a refund (minus any applicable restocking fee) will be issued.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account after processing.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at shipping@peachgifts.com, including your order number and photos of the issue.

If confirmed, we will issue a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

4. PeachDrops™ / Group Buy Orders

PeachDrops™ items are limited-run or group-buy products that may involve interest phases, scheduled checkout windows, and local pickup.

Drop Cancellation

If a Drop is canceled for any reason, all paid orders are refunded as quickly as possible.

  • No customer action is required
  • All related codes (Join Codes, Purchase Drop Codes, Pickup Codes) are invalidated

Unclaimed Local Pickup Orders

Some PeachDrops™ are designated as Local Pickup Only.

An order is considered unclaimed if it is not picked up:

  • During the scheduled Saturday pickup window, and
  • During the backup weekday (if one was established)

Unclaimed orders:

  • Are automatically refunded
  • Have Pickup Codes invalidated
  • Release inventory back into circulation

Customers must join a future Drop to repurchase.

Shipped PeachDrops™ Orders

If a PeachDrops™ item is shipped and arrives in acceptable condition:

  • Standard return rules apply (see Sections 1–3)

Shipping timelines for PeachDrops™ begin only after the checkout window closes and all participants have completed payment.

5. Affiliate & Partner Purchases

Some products offered through PeachGifts™ are sourced from third-party retailers or fulfillment partners.

When PeachGifts Purchases on Your Behalf

In some cases, PeachGifts may act as a purchasing agent to secure preferred pricing or consolidated shipping.

  • PeachGifts manages ordering and fulfillment with the supplier
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on supplier processing
  • Items purchased on your behalf are Final Sale once shipped, unless they arrive damaged or defective

When You Purchase Directly from a Third-Party Retailer

If checkout is completed on a third-party retailer’s website:

  • That retailer’s return and refund policy applies
  • All returns, exchanges, or warranty claims must be handled directly with that retailer

Product descriptions will clearly indicate when an item is fulfilled by a third-party retailer.
