Terms of Service

Welcome to PeachGifts™. PeachGifts is operated by Lion Information Management LLC, doing business as (DBA) PeachGifts, a Georgia limited liability company (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By accessing or using peachgifts.com — including browsing the site, signing up for email alerts, clicking affiliate links, making purchases, or participating in PeachDrops™ group buys (collectively, the “Services”) — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. What We Do

PeachGifts™ curates products, gift ideas, and limited-time community group buys known as PeachDrops™. We may:

  • Share affiliate links to products sold by third-party retailers (for example, Amazon or Faire)
  • Offer early-access or interest-based Drops where customers join together
  • List merchandise available for direct purchase through Shopify checkout

All final payments, shipping, and refunds for PeachGifts direct sales are processed through Shopify. For affiliate products, final checkout and fulfillment are handled by the third-party retailer.

2. PeachDrops™ / Group Buy Model

PeachDrops™ operates as a community group buy and interest-based model:

  • A Drop opens for a limited time
  • Customers may express interest or request to join before checkout
  • Joining a Drop does not guarantee availability, pricing, or fulfillment
  • If sufficient participation is reached, the Drop may open for checkout
  • Checkout occurs through Shopify; payment information is never collected during the interest phase

Drops may close if inventory becomes unavailable, supplier conditions change, expiration is reached, or we determine the Drop cannot proceed.

3. Join & Eligibility

To participate in a Drop, customers must click Join and submit required information. Eligibility may include, but is not limited to:

  • Email address for communications
  • ZIP code (for Drops that require local pickup)
  • Confirmation of pickup requirements
  • Agreement to fair participation rules

Join Codes are issued only to eligible participants.
If a customer does not meet eligibility requirements, they will not receive a Join Code and will not be added to the Join list.

4. User Agreement (Fair Participation)

To keep Drops fair for everyone:

  • Customers may participate in a limited number of active Drops at one time
  • Customers may not hold multiple Join Codes or active Drops simultaneously
  • Once a Drop is completed, expired, or refunded, the customer may join another

This participation limit exists to ensure fair access and manageable operations.

5. Local Pickup Rules

Some Drops are designated as Local Pickup Only.

Pickup Scheduling

  • Pickup date and time are disclosed before checkout
  • Standard pickup window is Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (local time)
  • Customers must acknowledge the scheduled pickup window before checkout

Backup Pickup Day

  • If a customer cannot attend Saturday pickup, they must request a weekday pickup before the Saturday pickup window ends
  • The first weekday requested becomes the single backup pickup day for that Drop
  • Backup pickup days are request-only and not advertised

Pickup Codes

  • Pickup Codes are issued only after payment is confirmed
  • A valid Pickup Code is required to receive items
  • Pickup Codes are single-use and non-transferable

6. SMS Pickup Coordination

PeachGifts provides a dedicated pickup phone number used only for pickup coordination.

  • Any text sent to the pickup number must include the Pickup Code
  • Customers must text their Pickup Code when they arrive at the pickup location
  • Texting does not extend pickup windows or reserve items beyond the scheduled time

Messages without a Pickup Code may not be processed.

7. Adult Presence for Pickup

Products sold through PeachGifts are not age-restricted. However, because local pickup involves meeting in person:

An adult (18+) must be present to complete in-person pickup.

  • Minors may participate only if accompanied by or represented by an adult
  • No ID verification is performed
  • Pickup may be denied if no adult is present

8. Purchase Drop Codes (Pricing)

Some Drops include special pricing applied at checkout:

  • Pricing may be unlocked automatically at checkout
  • Pricing access may be time-limited
  • Purchase Drop Codes are non-transferable and expire if unused

Customers do not need to enter codes manually unless instructed.

9. Unclaimed Pickups & Refunds

An order is considered unclaimed if it is not picked up:

  • During the scheduled Saturday pickup window, and
  • During the backup weekday (if one was established)

Unclaimed orders:

  • Are automatically refunded
  • Have Pickup Codes invalidated
  • Release inventory back into circulation

Customers must join a future Drop to repurchase.

10. Drop Cancellation

If a Drop is canceled for any reason, all paid orders are refunded as quickly as possible.

  • No customer action is required
  • All associated Join Codes, Purchase Drop Codes, and Pickup Codes become invalid

11. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds for items purchased directly from PeachGifts are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

For affiliate items (Amazon, Faire, etc.), returns are governed by the third-party retailer’s policies. PeachGifts cannot override another retailer’s return rules.

12. Accuracy of Information & Acceptable Use

You agree that information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to use it. You agree not to interfere with, attack, scrape, or misuse the Services or other customers’ information.

13. No Warranties

The Services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted service
  • availability of any Drop or product
  • pricing stability prior to checkout

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeachGifts™ / Lion Information Management LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, supplier delays, or third-party fulfillment issues. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Services.

15. Trademarks

PeachGifts™ and PeachDrops™ are trademarks of Lion Information Management LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates apply when posted.
