PeachGifts™ is operated by Lion Information Management LLC (DBA PeachGifts). This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders are shipped or made available for pickup.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders placed directly on PeachGifts.com are typically processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
  • Orders received after 3:00 PM ET begin processing the next business day
  • Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotions

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard U.S. shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout
  • We currently ship within the United States only

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external conditions outside our control.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You may also view shipment status through your customer account, if available.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination. Some promotions or Drops may include free or flat-rate shipping as advertised.

5. PeachDrops™ Group Buy Fulfillment

PeachDrops™ group buys operate differently from standard orders. Please review the following carefully before joining a Drop.

  • Interest Phase: No payment or shipment occurs during this phase
  • Checkout Phase: Once the participation threshold is met, eligible participants are invited to complete checkout
  • Checkout Window: Customers typically have 48–72 hours to complete checkout before spots may be released
  • Fulfillment Start: Shipping or pickup timelines begin only after checkout closes and all payments are confirmed

Shipped PeachDrops™ Orders

  • Typical delivery window is 2–4 weeks from the close of the Drop, unless otherwise stated
  • Tracking information is emailed once individual items ship
  • Orders from the same Drop may be combined to reduce packaging or shipping costs
  • Minor delays may occur due to supplier or bulk fulfillment timelines

Local Pickup PeachDrops™

Some PeachDrops™ are designated as Local Pickup Only.

  • No shipping occurs for local pickup Drops
  • Pickup date and time are disclosed before checkout
  • Pickup instructions are provided after checkout confirmation
  • Unclaimed pickup orders are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy

6. Preorders & Backorders

Some items may be offered as preorders or become temporarily backordered. Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page and updated via email if they change.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact shipping@peachgifts.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and photos, if applicable
  • We will work with the carrier or supplier to resolve the issue

8. Wrong Address or Undeliverable Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned as undeliverable may incur additional reshipment fees.
